What Kind of Book Do You Want to Make?
Of course you could always buy a new notebook, or you can recycle a old notebook and add new pages to it. Just make a new cover for it!
You don't need to have a book. You can write your discoveries on pieces of paper or index cards and keep them in a box or clip them together.
Make a Cover
Your cover should make you smile when you see it.
It can have pictures of some of your favorite things. Or words about you. These are all things you have discovered about yourself and your life on Earth.
- You can draw and color your favorite things
- You can cut pictures of your favorite things out of magazines
- You can glue your cover drawing to heavy paper, like cardboard from a cereal box

Part of the discovery game is learning what you DON'T like.
Angry or sad (what hurt your feelings. What thoughts were you thinking?
Why? Give you practice mastering your energy.
Don't let them stay around (refractory period)
Think about what happened. What would you do differently next time? Go into the future and imagine doing things that way and everything turning out all right.
Maybe you need to apologize - hurt someone's feelings or lost your temper and got angry.
BE KIND TO ALL LIVING THINGS - we're all connected
Earth. Everything alive, just like you. Have homes, families. Care for each other.
